ODYSSEY OPTIS

The OPTIS (Odyssey Pneumatic Tire Insert System) is a lightweight, highly adjustable, and extremely effective tire insert. Wheel and tire setups are among the most important factors in a bike’s performance. They provide all the traction to the ground, serve as the bike’s first critical element of suspension, and offer essential support against the forces encountered while cornering. Choosing tire pressure is always a compromise to balance these demands.

This lightweight, adjustable insert improves tire performance and safety. It prevents burping, allows for lower pressures to increase grip, protects rims and tires from impacts, and provides a temporary run-flat effect in the event of air loss. Easy to install, it reduces rolling resistance while remaining lighter than most alternative inserts.

Note : The insert is sold without the valve kit.
