The Pride Matrix hub represents the high-end offering of the Pride Racing brand, designed to deliver top-level performance and maximum responsiveness on the track.

Developed with the primary goal of providing near-instant engagement without compromising weight, the Matrix features an innovative engagement system that ensures almost immediate power transfer, ideal for explosive starts or technical accelerations. The core of this system is based on two rows of 6 pawls, totaling 12 pawls, operating alternately. This mechanism achieves 216 points of engagement, with an ultra-low engagement angle of 1.67°, for near-instant pickup with every pedal stroke.

To address one of the most common issues in BMX, interference between the brake caliper and spokes, the rear hub has also been optimized for 120 mm rotors with improved clearance between spokes and caliper.
