Note: The included expander plug is designed for use with 1-1/8" steerer tubes with a 23.2 mm inner diameter. If your fork has a steerer tube thicker than 2.7 mm, the expander plug will not be compatible. Fork manufacturers using steerer tubes thicker than 2.7 mm should provide a stem lock system or another type of internal locking device.
