FEDERAL JARVIS V2 FRAME
The Federal Jarvis V2 frame has been completely redesigned compared to the V1, with new specifications, features, and a refreshed approach. After riding his V1, Joe wanted to make several improvements for the V2. Among the most noticeable changes: the removal of the ICS2 wishbone and the shortening of the chainstays, allowing it to ride “slammed” at 13.15" (33.4 cm) while still giving the option to extend them to 13.5" (34.3 cm). These adjustments make the frame lighter and more responsive.
Joe chose to design a semi-simple frame to make it accessible to as many riders as possible, especially younger riders. Some optional features from the previous model were removed, resulting in a more classic dropout, a non-engraved head tube, and a tubular seat stay bridge. These choices still preserve all the essential frame features: built-in chain tensioners, ICS seat clamp, removable brake mounts, while maintaining the frame's strength but at a more affordable price.
To complete the package, the frame features new graphics designed by Rich Forne, under Joe’s direction.
