INSPYRE CONCORDE V3 FRAME/FORK KIT
The Concorde V3 establishes itself as one of the most advanced aluminum frames on the BMX Race market.
Every tube of the Concorde V3 is hydroformed to achieve the perfect balance between lightness, strength, and aerodynamics. The attention to detail is especially visible in the innovative design of the junction between the down tube, bottom bracket shell, and chainstays—an area engineered with precision by the Inspyre team.
The generous cross-sections and smooth transitions ensure optimal load distribution, resulting in outstanding lateral stiffness. This increased rigidity greatly enhances pedaling efficiency, ensuring maximum power transfer to the drivetrain. By minimizing frame flex, the Concorde V3 maximizes energy return, delivering an unmatched riding experience on the BMX track. The use of variable-thickness tubing is a major innovation, reducing weight without compromising overall strength or stiffness.
The Concorde V3 also stands out with its flat welds, ensuring a premium-quality finish. On the visual side, no detail has been overlooked—paint is completed with under-clear decals for an extra touch of refinement. Every element has been considered to deliver not only top-level performance, but also a sleek and polished look.
In line with the IS 45x45 standard, we recommend using PRIDE RACING headsets, which perfectly fit the CNC-machined hourglass-shaped head tube. The head tubes remain low—110 mm for kids and 115 mm for adults—lowering the cockpit as much as possible to encourage an aggressive position both at the gate and on the track.
Oversized chainstays provide additional stiffness, and our wide bottom bracket junction further contributes to overall rigidity. The chainstays are precisely aligned with the full width of the bottom bracket shell to maximize lateral stiffness.
The SWELL V2 dropouts offer a true 25 mm adjustment range. The internal 7075-T6 aluminum plates remain in place even when the wheel is removed, making maintenance much easier. Chain tension is adjusted with dual CNC-machined bolts mounted on a stainless-steel axle. The disc mount follows the postmount standard for a 120 mm rotor, but can be upgraded to 140 mm with a +20 mm adapter. The frame comes standard with 10 mm dropouts, but a dedicated kit is available to run wheels with 15 mm axles. Additionally, the dropouts are compatible with the latest ADS chain tensioner, allowing you to fine-tune your wheelbase regardless of your gearing.
The internal construction of the APEX Carbon Tapered fork is specifically optimized to provide exceptional strength. It uses different types of carbon fibers strategically placed to handle various forces such as lateral loads, torsion, and impacts. Its steerer tube is made from 7075-T6 aluminum, renowned for its high strength, ensuring both structural integrity and long-term durability. The fork dropouts are CNC-machined from aluminum for maximum precision and designed for a 20 mm thru-axle (not included). The fork meets and exceeds the EN 16054 standard.

GEOMETRY
The determination of Head Tube Angles and BB height is influenced by the choice of fork and tires. We've meticulously calibrated our angles to ensure accuracy when paired with a Pride Carbon Fork, and when using TIOGA Fastr or PowerBlock tires. This configuration guarantees precise angles and measurements. However, employing alternative forks and tires may introduce a deviation, either positive or negative, in both heights and angles.
