PRIDE WAVE / PRIDE CONTROL V2 WHEELS

Discover the high-end Pride Racing wheelset specifically designed for BMX Race. It consists of the PRIDE Wave rim and Pride Control V2 hubs.

The WAVE rim, exclusively developed by Pride Racing, represents innovation with its unique design and a square reinforcement at each spoke head. This reinforcement allows higher spoke tension, offering increased stiffness. Additionally, the optimized orientation of spoke heads facilitates lacing.

Made from Toray T700 carbon, the rim has a very low profile, 22mm height and 31mm width, preventing wind resistance while ensuring excellent vertical and lateral stiffness. Weighing under 300g, it is among the lightest rims on the market, a major advantage in competition.

Compatible with Tubeless tires, it requires a rim strip, valve, and specific tires. The rim is exclusively compatible with disc brakes, as it has no brake track.

The Pride Racing Control hubs feature a new version with ISO6 disc mount, simplifying assembly and ensuring wider compatibility. CNC-machined in 6061-T6 aluminum, the hub bodies provide precise and impeccable finish. The engagement system has been improved with a 7075-T6 aluminum driver, equipped with a clip holding six slightly wider micro-toothed pawls than before. This system retains 180 engagement points, with pawls engaging in groups of three, guaranteeing exceptional responsiveness during races.

This wheelset combines lightness, stiffness, and performance, making it an essential choice for BMX Race riders seeking speed and reliability.
