The Meybo HSX AL Frame Kit is the perfect choice for riders seeking top performance without opting for a carbon frame. With enhanced stiffness and cutting-edge technology, the Meybo HSX AL is the fastest aluminum frame in Meybo’s lineup. Lightweight, responsive, stable, and rigid, it offers all the key advantages in one complete package.

Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum with hydroformed tubes of varying thicknesses to optimize weight, its geometry has been specifically designed for championship and World Cup tracks, providing the perfect balance between agility and stability at very high speeds.

For this new model, in addition to a complete redesign, almost all the tubes have been updated. The focus has been placed not only on aesthetics but also on quality, weight, and stiffness.

The frame is compatible only with Flatmount brake calipers and a 120 mm disc, meaning it is not compatible with 140 mm discs. It comes with 1, 2, and 4 mm spacers to align your disc if you’re not using an HSX-specific SD hub.

Depending on the frame size, the bottom bracket standard changes: For Junior, Expert, and Expert XL sizes, it uses the BB86 standard (Ø41 mm). For larger sizes, it features a Pressfit BB386 (Ø46 mm). This provides better stiffness and reduces flex during pedaling.

To further increase frame rigidity and maintain a consistent chainstay length regardless of gearing, the rear triangle features a 15 mm CNC-machined 7005 aluminum thru-axle.

To ensure constant chain tension, Meybo has designed a chain tensioner that guarantees optimal drivetrain performance no matter what gearing is used.

The SD Components Carbon V2 fork is also made from carbon fiber and equipped with a 7075-T6 aluminum steerer tube, combining lightness and strength. Its stiffness makes it a key component for handling tight turns and fast descents on competition tracks.

Complying with the strictest standards (CPSC and EN 14781), this frame and fork set is purpose-built for BMX racing, representing the pinnacle of technology and performance.
