The Total Team Mid bottom bracket is designed for frames with a Mid bottom bracket standard, featuring an internal frame diameter of 41mm. It includes high-quality sealed bearings and CNC-machined aluminum cones. The bottom bracket comes with spacers to adjust the crank arm spacing.
